Connecting With Others Like Jesus Did

My nephew has become one of the leading hand-crafted pipe makers in the world.  Early in his career, he was a one-man show.  He could build, sell, and ship his handmade pipes without coming in human contact with anyone.  And he is not alone.  The societal changes brought about by the pandemic have led many companies to employ people who can work from home.  All they need is a computer and a good internet connection.  The pros and cons of working from home are debatable, but one thing is sure: working from home can limit human interactions.

Believers, however, have been called to a work that demands human connection.  Believers must therefore be intentional in connecting with others.  This sounds simple enough until we realize that people are different.  What connects with one person may not connect with another.  What should we do?

In this study, Jesus models for us different ways to connect with others.  In each session, we will see Jesus demonstrating the priority of building relationships.  We will discover ways to connect with others by following His example.  As you engage with God’s Word, let the Holy Spirit guide you to connect with others like Jesus did.
